It is not possible to guarantee the accuracy of colours shown. No responsibility can be made for different colour settings on individual monitors. Hand made rugs can differ in size. If size is critical then you should phone before ordering.

Some rugs/carpets can be purchased with or without a fringe. If you have a preference it is your responsibility to make sure you have ordered your preferred choice.

These online terms and Conditions of trading (‘terms) apply to all contracts between you (the customer) and us. (GH Frith Ltd). These terms relate to all sales made on the website.

Please print these terms and conditions and retain for a copy for your records.

Any order placed on the website or as a result of viewing on the website will be taken as agreement to these terms and conditions.

The contract made by you on-line with us incorporates these terms, which shall prevail over any and all terms, proposed by you.

Making A Purchase

Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.

After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. For payments you can use our secure server or we can process your details over the phone.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation within minutes of placing your order. It is your responsibility to check this for accuracy. If the goods are out of stock then we will not process your order until we have confirmed with you stock availability and delivery date. If the goods are no longer stocked that we shall not be liable to find suitable replacements we will simply cancel your order and not charge your credit card or other method of payment.

It is our intention to process all orders immediately and if received before 1pm the goods will be shipped sameday for deliver to you the next working day.

Pricing

We endeavour to display correct pricing and description at all times, GH Frith Ltd reserves the right to refuse the sale of mis-described or mis-priced products. 'This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer'.

Delivery Schedule

Goods are normally shipped within 1 day of your order (orders placed before 1pm will be sent out that evening). UK mainland Goods are shipped on a next day service (weekdays) You will be required to sign for your delivery, and deliveries are made at any time 8am - 6pm. You will need to make sure you will be present during these hours or a redelivery charge may be applied. Full delivery options are outlined below:

All North Ireland, Isle of Wight, Eire, IOM, The Channel Isle’s and The following postcodes AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, PA AND PH have a size / weight limit of 12’ x 9’ (3.66 x 2.74) or 50kgs. Anything above this size/weight will incur an extra delivery fee, which you will be advised of before your order is processed.

For goods which are to large for standard carriers to take – goods over 10’ wide and over 60kgs the delivery time will be extended to 7- 14days.

Potential Consequential Loss

Over 97% of orders are delivered on time and without difficulty. Unfortunately errors can occur , particularly with couriers and we will always do our best to rectify any problems. Unfortunately we cannot take any responsibility for the consequences of late arrival, non arrival or any other problems with your order. If you cannot accept this, please call us and we will cancel your order and give an immediate refund.

Guarantees

All goods carry a 12month guarantee against faulty workmanship and materials.
On hard floors an underlay is required. The guarantee given will be invalid if no underlay is used on hard floors. Occasionally a none slip underlay will be needed on a fitted carpet to stop creeping. If your rug is creeping on your carpet you must purchase a anti-creep underlay as soon as possible to avoid any permanent damage to your rug. All types of underlay are available from in store or to order from the website.

Care Instructions.

When regular cleaning using automatic vacuum cleaners, you must only use the suction only pipes. The bristles used on an upright vacuum cleaning can damage the wool pile and cause premature wearing out. Please see care and cleaning instructions on your receipt.

Tax Charges

17.5% VAT is included in all prices shown on the website.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption in the software when the order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Your Security is vital to us.

All information gathered including any information given at the time of ordering is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information collected will only be used to process your current order, and also to inform you of any special offers or sales. Please note we do not pass your details on to any other company. If you would like to opt out of further special offer details please email us at Aftersales@ghfrith.com and state "Unsubscribe" and give you name and postcode. 'This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer'.

Returns/Refund Policy

Our returns policy is simple – Return any goods to us in a unused condition with all labelling attached within 7days for a full refund to our head office: GH Frith Kaydon House Kinmel Park Bodelwyddan Denbighshire LL18 5TY. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the products and is entirely your responsibility to ensure the safe keeping of the products whilst in your possession. If you require us to arrange the collection we will gladly arrange this for you and the cost of this will be set aside to the refund due.

You may also make returns in PERSON to any of our stores without appointment but a receipt must be shown.

We do not refund special order items, any goods made to special order or any underlay cut to special sizes.

It is your responsibility to check your order confirmation for any errors prior to manufacture.
